Terms & Conditions

Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully. The following terms and conditions apply to all customers of Stefanie Schneeberger. You agree to have read all Terms & Conditions and your usage of Stefanie Schneeberger Retouching indicates your acceptance of all terms & conditions. If you do not expressly agree to all of the terms and conditions, then please do not contract Stefanie Schneeberger for retouching services. 

Delivery Delay

The following annul all previous delivery arrangements on the part of Stefanie Schneeberger: late delivery of original material (film or digital files), additions and/or changes on the part of the client. This will result in a new delivery- and price agreement between client and Stefanie Schneeberger.

In case of late deliveries on the part of the client, delivery on the part of Stefanie Schneeberger will be delayed by at least the amount of time elapsed from arranged delivery time on the part of the client, to the time the client has delivered all necessary or arranged materials. If deadline cannot be pushed, Stefanie Schneeberger can not guarantee to be able to handle the job.

Extra Costs

Extra costs caused by material demanding more work than originally could have been foreseen by Stefanie Schneeberger at the time of price arrangement, extra time will be debited after the fact. Stefanie Schneeberger is obligated only to two rounds of corrections by the client.

Payment

Final files will only be released to the client upon full payment of the associated invoice. For projects where early access to draft, interim or final files is granted, the full invoice remains due within 30 days of receipt (unless otherwise stated in the invoice), regardless of file delivery stage.

Communication

The client will appoint one liaison that will handle all contact with Stefanie Schneeberger regarding corrections. For the sake of corrections, Stefanie Schneeberger will provide the client with material either in the form of low resolution files or prints, depending on prior arrangement between the parts. The client will supply a list of all corrections to clothing, (such as change of colour, lengthening of sleeves, straightening out of creases etc.) background, skin and make up before work starts. Extra costs caused by corrections not pointed out by the time of delivery will be debited after the fact.

Force Majeure and Unforeseeable Events

Force majeure and unforeseeable events, such as a strike, fire, floods, or mechanical failure frees Stefanie Schneeberger of all responsibility of non fulfillment of delivery arrangements. Orders cancelled because of delays caused by force majeure or late delivery on the part of the client, must be paid in full by client, as arranged. Damages on the part of Stefanie Schneeberger caused by late delivery on the part of Stefanie Schneeberger, or defective material delivered, or other breeches in arrangement on the part of Stefanie Schneeberger can never exceed the arranged price of the job. Stefanie Schneeberger does not take on any responsibility for production or production times, is not responsible for any loss, direct or indirect caused by late or faulty material delivered by Stefanie Schneeberger.

Image Copyright

Images are under the photographer`s copyright and can only be reproduced with their permission. The client is responsible for upholding copyright laws as regard to delivered material, and takes full responsibility for the legality of the delivered material. By submitting images to Stefanie Schneeberger, the client certifies that they hold the copyright or have the written permission from the photographer to manipulate the material. By submitting files to Stefanie Schneeberger the client affirms no copyright is infringed. Stefanie Schneeberger will not be liable to the client or any third party for such copyright infringement.

Archiving Projects

Stefanie Schneeberger can not be held accountable for storing or archiving final files, or any files of a project after project completion. If she provides you with any kind of data storage for making the receiving of files easier, she will delete the files after having received them or after 14 days the latest. Stefanie Schneeberger can not be held accountable for the deletion of your upload.
